1 cup quinoa / brown rice blend
Broccoli and cauliflower medley
1/2 cup black beans
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup kimchi
1/2 cup lightly sautéed jackfruit "carnitas"
Green onion (enough for small garnish)
