SLEEP MORE

By definition, I've always been a "good" sleeper. I go to bed early, sleep through the night, wake up (usually) refreshed. But lately I have been a great sleeper. Probably a little more than necessary to be honest. But I have been LOVING waking up feeling super well rested. My skin feels so much better, I'm more energized throughout the day, and my 6 am alarm is only countered with like, one snooze. 

I aim for 7-8 hours but on weekends I don't set an alarm. I let my body sleep as much as needed. Usually it "needs" about 10-12 hours...
